Tape Rolls are needed to re-use your tape hair extensions.

SuperTape is one of the best tapes available for seamless tape hair extensions..

L&B Tip: A heads up…there are a lot of “fake” SuperTape knock-offs online because of the popularity of this product! They do not have the holding power of the real thing. You will receive ONLY GENUINE SUPERTAPE at L&B!

All Locks & Bonds Tape Extensions already come pre-taped with SuperTape. To our knowledge, L&B is the only brand pre-taped with this quality of tape.

  • 1/3-inch wide x 3 yds long (8mm x 2.74 meters)
  • Fits L&B Tape Extensions perfectly. Can be used for any other tape extensions as well
  • The 3 yard (2.74m) roll will be enough for about 50 L&B Tape Exensions if left at the 2″ width

  • Use SuperTape to re-use your tape extensions. Simply remove old tape and add new SuperTape for re-install of extensions.
  • Not pre-cut. This roll is ideal because you can cut off pieces to any length needed. For example if a corner of your sandwiched extensions is coming loose, simply cut off a bit of tape and place between two pieces for a perfect hold.
  • Can be removed with any tape remover, or use normal 91% rubbing-alcohol (Caution, other removers, like for Liquid Gold adhesive, will not work as well)
  • Every purchase of tape receives a L&B info sheet “Tips for Tape”
    Correct installation is a MUST for long lasting holding power. Results may vary depending on your own hair oil content, installation technique and daily
    styling routine.

Warning: Never use normal double-sided tape that is not made specifially for extensions. They will not work.

Important Notice: Returns are not possible for Tape Rolls or Micro Rings

L&B Tip:
Always have a roll available and on-hand for touch-ups in case an occasional corner of a tape seems loose, simply add a little piece of tape, and you are good to go!

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Correct installation technique is critical for long hold!

*The hold you get will depend on your own hair oil content, installation technique and daily styling routine. If your tape extensions are not holding, 99% of the time the mistake is in the installation technique and too much client hair has been sandwiched between the two tape extensions. Our tapes have proven their effectiveness for years and are well known in the industry to have the best hold possible. L&B can not be responsible for any installation errors and tape extensions that fall off after installation. It is NEVER due to the tape not working.

Hair extension products should always be installed by a professional. If you have no experience in using this product, please go to a professional hair extensions stylist to have them installed. Please ensure your professional also has experience in installing tape hair extensions and not only another type of extension.

L&B is not responsible for any outcome of using this product incorrectly. With the purchase of all hair extension items, the buyer is claiming all responsibility for a correct application.

Shipping Information

  • Cutoff time for same day shipping is 1:00pm US Pacific Time (Mon-Fri, and 11:15am on Saturday. No shipping on Sundays and U.S. holidays.
  • Tracking info is sent via email after package has entered into the carrier's system. The tracking number can be found under the "orders" tab on your L&B account page. If you checked out as a guest, this information is not available.
  • Shipments can be tracked at the carrier's website; usps.com, fedex.com, ups.com, and dhl.com. NOTE: Check-outs as a "Guest" do not have access to this info. Please sign up for an account before ordering if you want to track your orders.
  • IMPORTANT: To avoid delays in fulfilling an order, we may need to contact you to confirm the shipping address, advise that a product is out of stock, or any other issue that pertains to the order. Our preferred method of contact is:
    • 1. Via SMS. We find this the most effective way to get an answer quickly to avoid shipping delays. NOTE: We will NEVER send a solicitation via SMS.
    • 2. Phone call. NOTE: We will NEVER call you with a solicitation.
    • 3. Email. After you order, please check your emails within the next 24 hours after ordering! Add locksandbonds@gmail.com to your contact list so our emails don't go to your spam folder.

Locks & Bonds offers the following shipping options:

NOTE: All Delivery times are estimations given by our carriers AFTER we ship.

Standard: Delivery time is 3-7 business days after shipping. Packages may be shipped with USPS First Class. We may use other carriers at our discretion.

Fedex 2-Day: Delivery time is 2 business days after shipping. Please note that orders shipped on Thursday will arrive on Saturday, Not all areas have Saturday delivery, in which case the package will arrive on Monday. Orders shipped on a Friday or Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday.

FedEx Priority Overnight  Orders shipped Monday - Thursday will arrive the next business day, usually by 12:00pm. Orders shipped on Friday or Saturday will arrive on Monday.

FedEx Priority Overnight (Saturday Delivery)  Fedex offers Saturday delivery for an extra fee. Orders shipped on Friday with the Saturday delivery option will arrive on Saturday by 4:00pm. Not all areas have Saturday delivery, in which case the package will arrive on Monday. If you select the Saturday delivery option your address does not have Saturday delivery, we will send you an SMS alert and refund the extra fee.

Important Caution about Time-Critical Deliveries

  • Monday - Friday: The cut-off time for same-day shipping is 1:00pm Pacific / 3 pm Eastern). If you narrowly miss the cut-off time, send an SMS to 206-317-8584 to see if we can still get it out the same day.
  • Saturday: The cut-off time for same-day shipping is 11:15am Pacific - 2:15 pm Eastern). 

Important Note about Delivery Confirmation

All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. Locks & Bonds may ship with Signature confirmation at our discretion. Locks & Bonds is not liable for missing packages at the final destination after a confirmed delivery. Make sure your delivery area is secure. Locks & Bonds will NOT re-ship an order if the shipment is declared "delivered" by the carrier.

We normally ship all international orders via FedEx Priority International, UPS Worldwide Express, or the US Postal Service,. We may use alternative carriers at our discretion.

We strongly recommend using Fedex or UPS. It may seem a bit pricey, but you will receive your hair in ONLY approx. 3 business days after we ship and you have better tracking visibility. We think this is worth the bit extra! Consider for the same price, you can go out and eat a pizza and 1 glass of red wine...or, get your long lush hair ASAP!

Is there really such a thing a "Free Shipping"? No. Companies that offer Free Shipping, only add the price of shipping to the item. This means that the quality of the item is not as high as the price may suggest, because shipping has been added to it. UNFORTUNATELY, IN REALITY, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FREE SHIPPING.

Also, most so called "free shipping" takes more than 2-4 weeks for oversees shipping to Europe, without a tracking number or insurance! Protect your investment with DHL or FEDEX shipping.

L&B TIP: To save on FedEx/UPS shipping, we suggest you combine your order with a friend! We can ship multiple items for the same price;-D

  • FedEx and UPS. Includes a tracking number in real-time. Average time according to FedEx/UPS: approx. 3 to 4 business days transit, depending on countries customs). International orders usually will be shipped within 24 hours if ordered Monday through Friday. (1 Business Day Express shipping rules only pertains to orders within the USA). Tracking numbers can be can be checked at www.fedex.com or www.dhl.com.

Depending on the country you live in, your shipment may be examined and you may have to pay customs taxes to your country. Locks & Bonds is not responsible for any customs applied to shipment. If customs taxes are applied in your country, they are the buyers responsibility. We do not add an invoice into oversees packages. If you need an invoice, please print out the on-line invoice after check-out.

According to State Hygiene Laws, returns for hair are not accepted. By purchasing our product, you are accepting these terms.

  • Our products are exactly as described. Please make sure you read product description and are sure that this is the product you want. We are also happy to answer any questions you may have.
  • We do allow 1 color exchange for hair extensions, due to monitor colors differing, with on-line purchases ONLY IF ITEM HAS NOT BEEN OPENED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. Item must not have been in contact with perfume, cigarette odors or animal fur. An email must be sent to L&B with intent to exchange within 3 daysof receiving item.
  • No exchanges are possible without an Return Authorization Number. Please email us with your intent to exchange an item for more info.
  • Exchanges are ONLY possible for the same type of item. Example: I-Tip extensions may only be exchanged for I-Tip extensions of a different color. They may not be exchanged for a different product.
  • All return and exchange shipping costs must be paid by buyer. When exchanging an item, item must be shipped back to L&B with delivery confirmation within 5 business days.
  • No exchanges or returns of jars of Micro Rings / Tubes are possible. All sizes are given in product description. If you have any questions, please mail us with the contact form.
  • Please email us with any questions you might have before buying. We are more than happy to answer any question.

  • To exchange extensions for a different color: YOU MUST SEND US AN EMAIL WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
  • You will need a Return Authorization Number (RNA) from us before you return the items. DO NOT ship without this number, as the items may be returned to you!
  • Max. 1 color exchange per order.
  • The item MUST be in original packaging, NOT OPENED or USED, or DAMAGED in anyway – Elastic band must not have been removed from hair – nor any contact with perfume, cigarette smoke, animal hair. No wrinkling or folding of product. Return must be ship back to L&B in appropriate envelope large enough to hold item without excess folding or wrinkling of item.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to Locks & Bonds within 5 business days after email is sent to Locks and Bonds. All exchange shipping to be paid by buyer. All shipping fees from Locks & Bonds are USPS rates. Buyer will receive a invoice from Locks & Bonds for return shipping cost. Once return shipping invoice is paid, item with be shipped asap. Please don”t forget to check your PayPal email address mailbox for invoice!
  • All orders MUST be shipped to the the delivery address on your order We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not the responsibility of Locks & Bonds.
  • Some deliveries over $100 will require a signature. If you are not there to sign for your package you will most likely be left a notice to pick up from your local post office.
  • Delivery confirmation is provided on all orders with in the U.S. Delivery Confirmation includes notification of a sent package and a successfully delivered package. Real-time tracking is not included with delivery confirmation.
  • Locks & Bonds is not responsible for late or lost packages in the mail. This is a matter for the USPS Postal Service.
  • All hair extension products are intended for use by licensed and certified hair stylists. Any and all hair extension methods must be preformed at your own risk. Results may vary. Locks & Bonds can not be held responsible for any outcome. All users of Locks & Bonds Hair Extensions, Micro Rings, and all tools must proceed at their own risk.
  • All instructions on our Hair Care Instructions page must be read and followed. Locks & Bonds is not responsible for any mistreatment of hair extensions or tools, damage to extensions with chemicals or heat appliances, wrong products, lack of experience or knowledge, nor negligence.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable/exchangeable. You are responsible to pay for any additional shipping charges during an exchange. If you send back an exchange please include a note with what items you wish to receive in exchange, the address to send them to, the date your order was placed online, your PayPal email address. If your exchange credit covers the new shipping charges you will not need to make an extra shipping payment.
  • Locks & Bonds is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to unexpected weather, acts of God, or any other unforeseeable events which may delay delivery.
  • Exchange only/no Refunds. If there is a problem, we will try to rectify the issue in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, however, absolutely no refunds are possible after 30 days of purchase.
