Locks & Bonds I-Tip Hair Extensions are made from 100% pure, cuticle-intact human hair, also known as Remy hair.

- While I-tips are made for use with micro rings/beads, they can also be used for hot Fusion with a drop of added keratin on bond. Make sure you have enough keratin to aviod shedding if using with hot fusion. Italian keratin grains available here. Custom orders especially for hot fusion in form of Flat-Tips or U-Tips can be ordered here
- Install them with one of our DIY Micro Bead/Ring Kits or take them to your stylist to install!
How many Extensions will you need?
Each pack of L&B I-Tips has 40 strands. For a full head install, you may need anywhere from 80 (2 packs), 120 (3 packs) or 160 (4 packs) I-Tip extension strands, some may even need 200 for very long hair if you hair is very short. It is very individual. Generally, the shorter your hair is, the thicker your hair is and the longer and fuller you want the end result to be…the more hair you will need.
For 14” length extensions you will need less than extensions with 22” length.
*** Colors may vary slightly from “batch” to “batch”. All hair extensions companies strive to keep the hair colors the same during production. But sometimes there may be slight differences from order to order, since hair is a natural product and may not always be exactly the same.
Different monitors may show colors slightly differently, as can picture to picture.
Remy or Virgin Remy
Which should I buy?
Here are the facts:
- Both L&B Remy and L&B Virgin hair are 100% best quality human hair with an intact cuticle. L&B only uses the highest grade hair for all extensions.
- Both have a fine European Texture.
- Both can be worn together and look the same.
- Both have the same weight per pack and are naturally tapered on the ends.
- Remy hair is less expensive and easier to produce. Remy raw hair may have been previously colored before it was donated.
- L&B Remy is highest quality remy and is a huge favorite among our customers.
- L&B Remy hair is NOT substandard hair! It is top quality Remy hair and comparable, or better even, than many well known brands that cost a lot more.
- Virgin is more expensive as it is rare…and not always available as it is less plentiful. Our raw virgin hair has never been colored or chemically treated before being slowly and gently toned to our color ring. No harsh bleach/heat combo is used.
- The Remy hair will last several months depending on care given and ph of water used for daily care, before it will start to lose hydration.
- The Virgin hair will usually remain hydrated longer, with same care given.
- The Remy hair is a great favorite and popular with our salons because of the amazing price point and quality!

Shipping Information
General Shipping Terms
- Shipping is usually within 24 hours of order placement. Orders placed before 12:00pm US Pacific Time are shipped the same day, Monday-Friday. No shipping on weekends and U.S. holidays.
- All orders have a tracking number, which can be found under the "orders" tab on your L&B account page. Tracking info is sent via email after package has entered into the carrier's system.
- All USPS shipments can be tracked at www.usps.com. All shipments with FedEx can be checked at www.fedex.com. All shipments with dhl can be tracked at www.dhl.com. NOTE: Check-outs as a "Guest" do not have access to this info. Please sign up for an account before ordering if you want to track your orders.
- IMPORTANT: To avoid delays in fulfilling an order, we may need to contact you to confirm the shipping address, advise that a product is out of stock, or any other issue that pertains to the order. Our preferred method of contact is:
- 1. Via SMS. We find this the most effective way to get an answer quickly to avoid shipping delays. NOTE: We will NEVER send a solicitation via SMS.
- 2. Phone call. NOTE: We will NEVER call you with a solicitation.
- 3. Email. After you order, please check your emails within the next 24 hours after ordering! Add [email protected] and [email protected] to your contact list so our emails don't go to your spam folder.

Locks & Bonds offers the following shipping options:
NOTE: All Delivery times are estimations given by our carriers AFTER we ship.
Standard: Delivery time is 3-7 business days after shipping. Packages may be shipped with USPS or Fedex.
Fedex 2-Day: Delivery time is 2 business days after shipping. Please note that orders shipped on Thursday will arrive on Saturday, Not all areas have Saturday delivery, in which case the package will arrive on Monday. Orders shipped on a Friday will arrive the following Tuesday.
FedEx Priority Overnight Orders shipped Monday - Friday will arrive the next day. Not all areas have Saturday delivery, in which case the package will arrive on Monday. Orders placed on a Saturday before 11:15am PST, will ship the same day and arrive on Monday. There is no shipping on Sunday.
- Monday - Friday: The cut-off time for same-day shipping is 12pm NOON Pacific -3 pm Eastern). If you narrowly miss the cut-off time, send an SMS to 206-317-8584 to see if we can still get it out the same day.
- Saturday: The cut-off time for same-day shipping is 11:15am Pacific - 2:15 pm Eastern). Fedex orders placed on a Saturday AFTER 11:15am PST will not ship until Monday. Priority Overnight orders will be delivered on Tuesday, and Fedex 2-Day orders will arrive on Wednesday.
Due to Covid-19, packages are shipped with delivery confirmation and WILL NOT require a signature. Locks & Bonds, however, is not liable for missing packages at the final destination after delivery. Make sure your delivery area is secure. We will not re-ship lost items if the shipment is declared "delivered" by USPS or FedEx.
International Shipping
We ship all international orders via FedEx Priority International or DHL International Express!
It may seem a bit pricey...but you will receive your hair in ONLY approx. 3 business days, after we ship, worldwide!!! We think this is worth the bit extra! Consider for the same price, you can go out and eat a pizza and 1 glass of red wine...or, get your long lush hair ASAP!
Is there really such a thing a "Free Shipping"? No. Companies that offer Free Shipping, only add the price of shipping to the item. This means that the quality of the item is not as high as the price may suggest, because shipping has been added to it. UNFORTUNATELY, IN REALITY, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FREE SHIPPING.
Also, most so called "free shipping" takes more than 2-4 weeks for oversees shipping to Europe, without a tracking number or insurance! Protect your investment with DHL or FEDEX shipping.

I have tried all kinds of extensions from cheap ones to very expensive (Great Lengths) and these are the only ones that really match my fine, thin blond hair. Usually my extensions looked like thick asian hair with my thin caucasian hair on top. Never really great. I do not even go anyother place to buy my hair anymore. After 6 years of wearing extensions, I can say, these are IT! I love this color. I have had dark brown hair, with this color as high lite streaks, and it look fabulous. Now I have bleached my hair blond again and use this color mixed with light blond. It it's just great! I've tried many brands and spent many, many hundreds of dollars in the last couple of years for what was advertised as Remy hair. I was only happy with one or two of the brands of hair extensions I've purchased until now. I have blonde hair so I was resigned to the belief that there were no real quality blonde hair extension brands on the market (that I could afford) due to the chemical processing used to achieve beautiful, realistic blonde hues. I've gone to the salon for almost two years to have my micro-links installed. I've tried all kinds of hair, from the lesser priced to the super expensive. This hair looks amazing, blends like a dream with my hair, which is just a smidgeon darker at the roots, and is also seamless with the the lighter shade of extension (I ordered 3 packs of this color and one of #6). After my salon experiences and a ton of videos on youtube, etc. I took the leap of installing the extensions myself with the help of a three-way mirror. AMAZING RESULTS. Was lookiing for a darker brown, but could not tell from this pic what the color really looked like. But thought dark brown #2 would be too dark. So I ordered a pack just to see the color. The best hair for the price
This hair was perfect for me. It blended perfectly with my (after I died my own hair jet black) hair and it holds curls all day! This is the only place where I've found I tips for about $1/strand. Everywhere else is about $2.Not to mention the customer service is excellent. They respond quickly to my concerns and I have already recommended this site to 3 people! Anon

I have researched many websites and I decided to try locks and bonds and I absolutely love it! I am a hairstylist and and have been doing extensions for some time and it is a great deal. I'm very impressed with this hair! Has a hint of a wave when wet, which looks very natural. Too many brown highlights made it look like a #2 instead of a #1B, so I colored it with professional demi permanent. Hair Extension Artist
