Thank you for any inquiries! We do answer all emails in a timely manner and would be so happy to hear from you! You can send us a quick message by filling out the contact form located at the bottom of this page, or you can email us directly at: email@example.com and we will get back to you asap during office hours 10am-4pm PST, or right away the next morning!
All questions can be answered easier via email as we can better check stock or find info on your orders, and get back to you asap.
We prefer all communications to be made via email so we can better help and in order to keep a log of our communication with you, so that all of our employees can read up and help. All order cancellations or returns/exchanges must be done via email.
Please always add your order number to the email if inquiring about your order. We are on the west coast of the USA, Seattle, WA. on USA Pacific Time. The L&B Store and showrooms are not opened to the public, but orders can be placed online 24/7 at https://locksandbonds.com

- WE DO NOT KEEP ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION LIKE CREDIT CARD NUMBERS IN OUR OFFICE OR ON OUR PC’S.

Having problems ordering online?
We normally do not take orders over the telephone for your security. But if you are having problems ordering, or do not have access internet access and would like to order, we can help via phone support at 206-317-8584 x 1, Mo-Fr 10am-2pm PST. If we are not at the phone when you call, please leave a message, AND send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you asap during office hours. All orders are placed though our secure online payment system so that no one has access to your personal payment information. For questions about a particular order, please add order # in email as a reference for us. We answer all emails sent to:email@example.com However, due to your email settings, our answer may go directly into your spam folder.In order to safeguard against our answers going into your spam folder, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to the contacts list on your email account
Tracking your order:
Your tracking number can be found in your L&B account under “current orders”. Also, you will have received an email with the tracking number for your order on the day shipped from FedEx.com or Stamps.com. If you do not see these emails, please be sure to check your spam folders. Please check your tracking numbers at www.usps.com for USPS (United States Postal Service) packages, www.fedex.com for Fedex packages, or www.dhl.com for DHL packages. If you see any problems with delivery and need to contact the carrier of your order, or need to make special arrangements, please contact USPS or FedEx directly at:

You must have your have your tracking number available when calling the carrier. Please note that L&B will always ship in a timely manner as promised, however, we can not be responsible for any delay in delivery caused by mail carriers. All USPS delivery estimates are only estimates. About 85% of shipments will arrive within those USPS estimates. We cannot refund any shipping cost caused by delivery delays via USPS or FEDEX which are mostly weather related or through transport delay. Thank you!
